Please note: According to Article 6, Section 2 of the MGLA By Laws:

Property owners who engage in short-term rental of their property (30 days or less) shall file an application with Mt. Glen Lakes Association along with an annual administration fee of $1000.00. Additionally, the property owner will follow the application and reporting process established by the Township of West Milford as well as all rules and regulations.  Short Term Renters shall be excluded from membership privileges.  There will be no more than 2 short-term rentals within the community at one time. If more than 2 applications are received, there will be a lottery. Penalty of 3 or more complaints made to the zoning board of West Milford will result in the revocation of permit within the community.
