START TIME AFTER 12 NOON
KEEP NOISE LEVEL DOWN - CONSIDER NEIGHBORS
NO GLASS BOTTLES
BAG AND REMOVE ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM THE REFRIGERATOR
SWEEP CLUBHOUSE AND PAVILION FLOORS
TAKE DOWN ALL DECORATIONS
NO STAPLES IN TABLES OR BEAMS FOR TABLECLOTHS/DECORATIONS
REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM BEACH, VOLLEYBALL, AND HORSESHOE AREAS - ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE/BEACH AREA
DO NOT DUMP ANYTHING OVER OR UNDER WALLS OR FENCING
MAKE SURE ALL WINDOWS IN THE CLUBHOUSE ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED BEFORE LEAVING
ALL MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS AT ALL TIMES
SHUT DOWN NO LATER THAN 9:00 PM - ALL LIGHTS AND MUSIC OFF

The Clubhouse rental agreement must be completed to confirm your rental.
FEES: $50 - parties 25 people and under
$75 - parties 26 people and over
FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING OF PORTA-JOHN
FOR LARGE PARTIES
$25-$30
DEPOSIT - $50 WILL BE RETURNED UPON
ALL CLEAR INSPECTION THE NEXT DAY
