Clubhouse Rental

Rules

START TIME AFTER 12 NOON

  • KEEP NOISE LEVEL DOWN - CONSIDER NEIGHBORS

  • NO GLASS BOTTLES

  • BAG AND REMOVE ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLING

  • REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM THE REFRIGERATOR

  • SWEEP CLUBHOUSE AND PAVILION FLOORS

  • TAKE DOWN ALL DECORATIONS

  • NO STAPLES IN TABLES OR BEAMS FOR TABLECLOTHS/DECORATIONS

  • REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM BEACH, VOLLEYBALL, AND HORSESHOE AREAS - ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE/BEACH AREA

  • DO NOT DUMP ANYTHING OVER OR UNDER WALLS OR FENCING

  • MAKE SURE ALL WINDOWS IN THE CLUBHOUSE ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED BEFORE LEAVING

  • ALL MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS AT ALL TIMES

  • SHUT DOWN NO LATER THAN 9:00 PM - ALL LIGHTS AND MUSIC OFF

The Clubhouse rental agreement must be completed to confirm your rental.

FEES:  $50 - parties 25 people and under
            $75 - parties 26 people and over

FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING OF PORTA-JOHN 
FOR LARGE PARTIES
$25-$30

DEPOSIT - $50 WILL BE RETURNED UPON 
ALL CLEAR INSPECTION THE NEXT DAY
